Can you only lose love handles through losing weight or is there an exercise?

No you cant spot check fat. you just have to do cardio to lose weight and it will go away over time and work. Sorry like if you have a fat tummy you cant just do work outs to get rid of only the tummy. mmmmmm if it was only that easy.

You can never “spot reduce” so in order to trim some edges, start to exercise a bit more or cut down on the junk a bit. Doing specific exercises will help to tone them though.
You don’t have to actually lose weight, but you do need to combine cardio with exercises for your abdominal muscles, and your obliques. You must get your heart rate up to tone up.
do some cario and obliques and follow a balanced diet
Try crunches and situps. Anything that will work your abdominal muscles.
