Does anybody know of any soup brands that have low carb varieties?

  Actually any with lentils or beans is ok, as are the brothy soups. You are talking about glycimic index, and actually, beans are very low carb, despite thier starchy appearance. Many diets tell you to use beans or lentils for protien, low fat eating.
