how to lose love handles in weight lifting class?

I am currently in a weight lifting class, but my question is what can you do with weights to lose the waist. There isn’t any treadmeals or bikes, just weights and bars etc. Is there anything i can do to work out this area more?

There is no other way than to lose fat over your entire body.
You can’t target weight loss. You need a good mix of cardio and then strength training/ab work to tone up and help with those love handles.

Do this:
Stop snacking. Eat only 3 good meals a day. Give up bread and bread products. Keep up with the exercises.
Decrease your caloric intake to lose the waste and some weight. You will never exercise enough to lose weight unless you are working toward the Olympics but you will live longer and feel better in an exercise program.
The best time to do aerobics is in the morning – if you can jog after you wake up, you’ll burn a much higher percentage of fat to muscle.
If you can keep your energy up throughout the day also – you’ll burn more calories more consistently. I jog 3 to 4 times a week, and I use an energy pill (I use 8 hour energy -) on some days I don’t work out.

Stop Drinking Soda for ever! Thism alone will help you out. And dont sub the soda with acandy bar . Drink more water dum dum!!!!
