Do you drink diet pop on your low carb diet?

I’ve been going strong on my low carb diet for two weeks now, I’ve had a good weight loss so far but I’ve been wanting to cheat SO bad. Someone said that diet pop didn’t have any carbs which i never knew so I got a diet Dr. Pepper to satisfy my craving. I feel like I’m cheating though! Is one diet pop maybe every couple weeks THAT bad?

Does Your body absorb the fat you eat on a low carb diet?

Why do low-carb diets leave me feeling hungry?

This time around, I’m reducing the carbs, but whenever I eat less carbs, I feel hungry again so much sooner. Now, I thought that high protein diets were supposed to make you feel LESS hungry than low-fat high carb diets.
jeez…what’s with the answers that accuse me of doing something wrong just because I didn’t include EVERY detail imaginable in my question…

I run 2.5 miles per day and I fully understand the calorie intake/expenditure process. Just wondering why my tummy always feels hungry, when it didn’t before when I was on the high-carb diet.

Low carb diets, how do you figure the amount of carbs?

How do you calculate the carbohydrates in food? I know that you have to back out the fiber from the total, and also the sugar alchohol. But most of the nutritional information on packages says, ‘sugars’ not ‘sugar alchohol’. Is it the same thing?

also im still in school and this diet says i should eat 5 small meals a day. so please also recomend snack foods.

each meal has to be at least 150 calories and under 25 carbs.
