Drugged and Diseased: Is That What You Want to Eat?

I’ve followed a vegetarian diet about four and half years now. Sometimes people ask why and at this point, I’m really not sure which answer to give. I do remember the reason that flipped the switch for me though. It was: If humans didn’t consume animals, and all of the grain grown (that is used to feed the animals) were properly distributed, there would be no hunger on Earth. I pretty quickly decided I’d rather be part of the solution than the problem, so that did it for me.

Since that time, I’ve learned a great deal about eating animals and a lot of it is shocking. Did you know that many animals used for consumption these days have tumors and cancers? They just cut around them. In addition, most animals are on hormones, antibiotics and other drugs, and many animals these days are so diseased that they can’t even walk – yet they are still used for consumption. Do you really think that consuming drugged and diseased animals is good for you? (By the way, if you want to remove the chemicals and general toxicity that eating animals adds, you should really look into doing deep body cleansing…)

Now they’ve started genetically modifying the animals used consumption, which is just wrong. When they first started doing genetic experiments with foods in the early 90′s, the scientists and biotech companies didn’t even know that each gene controls several different functions – so the outcome were and are totally unpredictable. Now they know this, but it hasn’t stopped them from genetically altering things, including many of the foods you likely already consuming, and now animals. Funny thing is, not only are they legal – they’re also unlabeled. A rather extreme version of buyer beware…

In addition, if you care about the world we live in, you should know that it takes approximately one thousand gallons of water to raise one pound of beef. Rainforests (the lungs of the planet) are also being leveled to make room for cattle grazing (to feed first world countries).

But there’s another angle that you might not be familiar with. We all have energy, it’s called consciousness.  And so do animals. Now, different people’s energy can be dramatically different. It depends on a number of things including: how they think, how they act, are they and their actions fear-based or love-based, and so on. But consciousness, or this energy, also comes from what we put into our bodies.

And just to be clear, World War II prisoners may have been better treated than most animals used for consumption are today. You’re aware that your dog or cat has feelings, so why would you presume that other animals – ones used for consumption – don’t?

These animals have been miserably treated, and it ends with murder. So, what kind of energy do you think these animals might have? Do you think it would be happy and loving energy? Or do you think it’s more likely to be fear, hatred, and sadness? If you had to pick one or the other, which would you choose?

Now that you’ve chosen, is this energy something you want to be putting into your body?

I’m just asking because in a world where some large percentage of the population feels the need to take drugs for depression, and you can’t open a newspaper or get on the Internet without reading about a war, rape, maim, or murder somewhere, I just think we might want to look at common practices that might be contributing to the human condition. What do you think?

Now, if I were you and reading this article, I’d pretty quickly decide that eating animals was no longer for me. But perhaps you’re not quite there yet, but you would like to make some healthy changes. Excellent. What can you do?

For starters, you should know that just one serving of meat per week meets the protein requirements of human beings, so you can likely start by decreasing your intake considerably. Try having just one or two servings a week, and preferably fish only.

You might also want to get familiar with beans and nuts, which are fabulous sources of protein. And six to seven cups of beans each week also meets the protein requirements of human beings.

To fully enjoy your meals, you may need to learn a few new recipe options, which really isn’t too much to ask. Perhaps you’ll also want ask your favorite restaurants to carry some hearty meat-free options as well; you’d be surprised what they’ll do if you ask the right person. While these change may seem big in the beginning, once you’re on all a roll, you’ll see there’s nothing to it. Chances are you won’t miss a thing.

How Safe Is What You’re Eating?

Have you thought about the safety of what you put in your body lately?

Take soft drinks for example. Coke is so acidic that it makes a great automobile engine cleaner, and it’s even rumored that it’s what the manufacturer uses to clean the engines of their own trucks. On top of that, the acidic liquid then sits, sometimes for years, in an aluminum can. Have you heard that aluminum in the body is associated with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia? That’s a combination I’d start asking myself, “Is that safe?” I’d encourage you to as well.

How do you feel about putting anti-freeze in the body?

Do you know that the main ingredient in anti-freeze is common in many “snack foods” found in convenience stores? How’s that for convenience? Anti-freeze in a food – soon they’ll be marketing the benefits for those living in cold climates. Anti-freeze is also frequently used in personal care products – which people put onto their skin. I don’t know about you but I think it’s another perfectly good time for, “Is this safe?”

Now, I’m going to encourage you to look at the ingredients on most any packaged foods. Do you know what half of the ingredients are? Another good time for, “Is this safe?” And perhaps, “Why are all of these man-made chemicals in my food?”

What about eating pesticides each day? Pesticides – you know – the stuff they use to kill bugs.

You know that pesticide residue is found in pretty much all non-organic foods, right? While it may not hurt you to consume small amounts once or twice in your life, how about small amounts several times each day? Another excellent time for, “Huh? Is this really safe?”

So, we have a rather strange senario here. The manufacturers of these foods claim that all of these chemicals are safe in the body. So, people regularly eat them. And most of the population has at least one or two health problems.

To top it off, most medical professionals can’t tell you why most people are sick. In all fairness, medical professionals hardly recognize toxicity in the body as a problem, and they, themselves, are in the business of selling even more chemicals for the body.

What a crazy world we live in. Do you think that all of this sickness could be directly related all of the unnatural junk we’re putting right in our bodies – many times each day? To understand a problem, we really have to understand the cause. And with common, yet highly chemical, diet and lifestyle habits these days, understanding the cause is really not all that difficult.

Fortunately for those who choose not to have health problems, body cleansing, with deep colon and liver cleansing, is a very effective means to remove a great deal of those stored chemicals and toxins from your body. You’d be amazed at what some deep cleansing can do to repair the damage caused by normal living these days.

Safe Human Growth Hormone Supplements For Better Health

The safety of human growth hormone usage has been a question on many people's minds. There are numerous media reports that have published horror stories concerning these products. They have played on the legal issues surrounding some categories of human growth hormones but have neglected to inform the public on other known facts that remain known only to the scientific community. It has led to misinformation that has prevented individuals who might benefit from using the best hgh supplements to improve their health and bodies.

One of the little known points about human growth hormones is that it is a naturally occurring substance within our bodies. Our pituitary glands produce the hormone in abundance for most healthy individuals. It helps to keep your body in equilibrium while encouraging internal functions like metabolism, growth of bones and muscle tissue. In short, it is not something that is artificial. It is actually necessary to help promote healthy growth and keeps you young and full of vitality.

If there is a lack of human growth hormones within the body, you can feel tired perpetually. You will be lethargic and constantly have a lack of energy during your waking hours. A lack of HGH will also see a lack of growth in areas such as muscles and bones, which can lead to other problems like early osteoporosis setting in in women. And what is not yet factored in is the fact that you produce less human growth hormones as you grow older. This phenomenon also explains why the young are more energetic while adults experience aging. It serves as a strong argument for the use of hgh supplements for those whose bodies do not produce enough of it naturally.

There are actually legal hgh supplements that are approved for use and sale. Doctors who are certified to prescribe stronger forms of human growth hormones will do so as a course of treatment for more serious health conditions. For the casual user, supplements such as sytropin can help to increase energy levels and stimulate healthy growth. Some visible results might include healthier looking skin and nails, as well as experiencing less tiredness. Some might wonder whether does sytropin work but there have been many proven cases with glowing testimonials.

Make sure you consult a doctor prior to using any legal hgh supplement in order to avoid any possible side effects as a result of inappropriate use. Illegal forms should also be avoided, which are often the ones used by professional athletes to gain unfair sporting advantages. They can lead to unwanted side effects and even get you in trouble with the law. It is also not the case that such health supplements will burn a hole in anyone’s pocket, as there are affordable options for anyone, including cheap hgh supplements which provide equally good results for everyone.
