What would be the best womens fat loss/ energy supplement?

Im not looking for a heart attack in a pill, and nothing to drop really any weight, just a light supplement to help me have more energy on my tough workout days and to help me along with some hard to get fat loss, Im not into the jitter feeling or any of the crap they put in most supplements just a good quality product??any suggestions??

Maca’s Many Health Effects

Maca Root is a type of vegetable which is imported from the Peruvian Andes.  This Cruciferous vegetable grows at an altitude of 15,000 feet above sea level which makes it one of the few plants that can grow in the highest elevations in the world, where there is significantly less oxygen.

Maca has been in use in Peru for at least 5000 years, though it went through many periods in history where it was used exclusively by those in power.. Maca was thought to be popular amongst certain tribes living in the Andes in early B.C. When the Incas took over the region, they were given this herb (maca is technically an herb), as the people they conquered sent it to them as a tribute. And when the Spanish conquered the Incas, the Incas gave it to the Spanish. And the Spanish sent it on over to Europe.

However, the popular use of Maca, both in Peru and throughout the world, was forgotten until recently. In fact, Maca was nearly extinct in Peru up until 1992. But the rediscovery of Maca’s medicinal properties has led to the creation of a thriving local industry, as well as giving Maca a renaissance in both its home country and worldwide.

Maca Benefits

Maca has been called Peruvian ginseng because of its effects on stamina, and is longstanding amongst the Peruvians, and without any known side effects.  Maca Root is used traditionally as both a food source and for medicinal purposes. It’s worthwhile noting that when the Peruvians use Maca in a traditional way, it is first dried then rehydrated when needed. Historically, it was cooked in earthen pits or boiled, mashed, and rolled into balls. It wasn’t consumed raw, and given that scientists now know that Cruciferous vegetables, which Maca is, have substances in them which can be toxic,elements which are destroyed or inactivated with various cooking methods, maybe the ancients intuitively knew this.

Positive attributes of Maca Root include the following:

Ways to Lose Weight Rapidly

If you are over-weight then the first thing you really need to do is consult with your doctor about how to start a a weight loss regime.  Avoid doing anything you don’t understand such as taking diet supplements.

Going to your doctor will allow you to have a medical check-up to see how you are and what you can do to lose weight.  Losing weight is never an easy thing to do so you should be aware of the fact that there are four main parts to it.

Here are fast tips that can change an over-weight’s life:

1: Rapid weight loss involves a number of different processes including getting into the right frame of mind, exercising and perhaps diet supplements.  Begin by learning a diet food plan that can easily be accustomed with.  Incorporate an exercise plan that allows even at least fifteen minutes a day like brisk walking, running, swimming, and dancing.

4: Foods rich in fiber is very healthy because you will feel much fuller for longer meaning you won’t need to snack on so many unhealthy foods.  When eating bread make sure that it is whole grain as this will help to move the fat along your digestive tract much better.

5: Stay away from eating fatty fried foods such as fres and burgers.  Instead go for foods that have been fried in olive oil which is much healthier.  Buy one of those grilling machines to cook your meats and vegetales as they need to far or oil.

If you take careful advice and eat properly whilst exercising then there is no reason why rapid weight loss cannot take place.  The more {over-weigh}obese you are the more weight you are going to lose.  Just be careful that you don’t try to lose an unhealthy amount of weight by starving yourself or taking pills not recomended by your doctor.  Never comprimise your health simply to have a thinner body.
