What are some secrets to lose weight around your love handles?

I’m not fat by any means-I’m 5″7 and I weigh about 123lbs.
My legs look good and so do my arms, but i’d love to lose some fat in my stomach and love handle area. It’s weird, some pants actually make me waist look like a muffin top!

I just want to lose some fat in my stomach/ love handle area
so can someone give me some tips please?

    Your percentage of bodyfat has alot to do with it. You are not at all fat but it’s probably in your genes to store fat in those areas.

    The only way to get rid of it is to lose bodyfat all together (you can’t just target one area to lose weight). Cardio workouts and muscle building will help – try not to lose weight, but moreso just gain muscle and lower your bodyfat percentage.
