		<description>Your percentage of bodyfat has alot to do with it.  You are not at all fat but it&#039;s probably in your genes to store fat in those areas.  

  The only way to get rid of it is to lose bodyfat all together (you can&#039;t just target one area to lose weight).  Cardio workouts and muscle building will help - try not to lose weight, but moreso just gain muscle and lower your bodyfat percentage.</description>
