What is a recommended amount of fat & protein for a low carb diet?

I am just beginning a low carb diet. For the first 7 days I am limiting carbs to 20 per day. My journal is showing high amounts of fat & protein. I am very overweight and have 91 lbs to loose.

get on a 1500 calroe diet. which means you can have 6 breads ( all whole wheat) so two slices of bread would be 2 breads (a serving of pretzels would be a bread etc). 5 proteins like fish , poultry and meats and dairy. ( so one slice of cheese is on dairy and then if you have egg white 3 egg whites would be one poultry. etc. [ also egg whites are like 15-17 calories withought the yellow part]) also 3 fruits ( so 3 apples a day). ANd 3 fats ( like olive oil , butter , etc.) 2 milks ( so 2 glasses of skim milk , and 3 servings of vegtables.( try to eat that at night.)
