What is the most effective way to target fat loss?

When I lose weight, I am left with “problem areas”. My arms, legs and butt… What exercises help with weight loss in those areas?

    Do cardio/ aerobics. Jumping rope is also a nice all around workout. After doing so, tone up using weights.
